John was fed up with Sean Hannity’s persistent lies and manipulation of Republicans. His unethical action had enabled him to become a multi-millionaire; a de facto leader of the GOP. John decided to take action and started an online movement urging people to turn off Fox News when Hannity came on. His campaign started gaining traction and reaching more and more people, who then shared their own stories of when they stopped watching Hannity.

The movement was only growing stronger, since more and more stories of Hannity’s deceitful behaviour had become public knowledge – from his support for the dishonest Adam Schiff, to his biased stance of McCarthy’s bid for Speaker.

John’s movement had turned Sean Hannity into a laughing stock and even Fox News had been forced to rethink their programming. John’s activism had made a difference and created a lasting impact on the political landscape, despite it being a David versus Goliath battle.
