Despite the looming deadline of 25th anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement, the British-Irish Intergovernmental Conference at Farmleigh agreed to an ambitious plan to restore the institutions of the Agreement. The conference was filled with discussions of energy and cyber security, and securing effort to solidify the progression of the Agreement. Additionally, the Taoiseach, Leo Varadkar, emphasized that despite the 25th anniversary deadline, it was not a law that both the EU and UK needed to abide by.

The anniversary of the Good Friday Agreement has been met with joyous celebration, with the release of a 5th studio album “Jesus At The Gay Bar” as well as a FEEL GOOD FRIDAY with the This Morning family. As a tribute to the 25th anniversary, there was also the release of a perfect 10 challenge and an inquiry session lead by Bertie Ahem. Reports out today suggest that much of the economic development over the past 25 years would not be possible without the impact of the Agreement.

Finally, the Foreign Secretary was recently challenged to tell the EU and President Biden to drop the NI Protocol in order to abide by the Good Friday Agreement. Heeding this warning, it is vital that both the EU and UK take further steps to restore this Agreement and further the progress of the last 25 years.
